Premier Division Update - 18.7.06

There were wins for Carib Hurricane, Hard Rock and D'Sports Shop Morne Jaloux in the latest round of the Digicel Premier League.

Carib Hurricane victory booked them a second spot in the Points Standings. A goal in each half brought joy to the Victoria Club fans over Fontenoy United. It was Fontenoy second loss for the season. They remain in the fifth position.

Hard Rock also made a positive move up the table from fourth position to third after edging past Police 2-1 at the Plains Ground. The Lawmen however are still in good standing, 7th after having been promoted to the Premier Division this Season.

The other victory was a long awaited one from D'Sports Shop Morne Jaloux who won comfortably over Dano Eagles Super Strikers 3-0 at Queens Park. Morne Jaloux who was sitting in the 9th position is now up to 8th.

There were goal-less draws in the other two matches played. Glenelg Spring Water G.B.S.S. against Springs at Queens Park and Defending Champions ASOMS Paradise against front runners Queens Park Rangers.
